Scope of Work

• Marketing and PR of the Academy's sustainability programme, WellSpent, that is focused on giving spent ingredients a second life by upcycling discarded food parts that are normally discarded in the food chain. 

• Marketing and PR of the Academy's take-out food business, Gourmet2Go, including the setting up and managing of the online shop on e-commerce platforms, Shopee and Lazada.
